Donation Request for Mad Cat's Night Out – July 24

Dear Culpeper!

We are excited to be hosting Mad Cat's Night Out on July 24th from 6pm-8pm at the barn at Mountain View Winery, a fun-filled evening benefiting a great cause.

The event will feature a silent auction, live music, raffles, and community fellowship, all while raising funds to support our mission. We are currently seeking donations from local businesses and community partners to help make the event a success.

We would be grateful if your company would consider donating an item, gift basket, gift certificate, service, or other contribution that could be used as a silent auction item or raffle prize. Your generosity will help us raise much-needed funds while also providing valuable exposure for your business to our attendees.

Thank you for considering our request and for supporting our community. We appreciate any contribution you are able to make and would be happy to recognize your company during the event.

If you have any questions or would like to donate, please contact me at melissa.harpine@vafb.com

MAD CATS IS A NON-PROFIT SUPPORTING CULPEPER AND MADISON AREA

  • We work to reduce feline overpopulation by providing No-Cost  spay/neuter/vaccinations for cats that are owned, stray, feral or abandoned
    • To date we have done more than 7076 cats without asking the owners for money!
    • Cats have litters of 4 to 6 kittens but it can range from 1-9 kittens. One cat can have 4 litters a year!
    • Over one lifetime, one female cat can theoretically give birth to around 280 kittens.
  • We rescue abandoned, abused, neglected and injured pets (usually homeless and no one else will take them in)
  • We provide foster care while cats are awaiting a forever home
  • Help our neighbors by paying for cat food when they cannot afford it, vaccinating/providing medical care, offering neuter/spay to their pets, and lastly helping to rehome if necessary
  • We educate people on what to do when they find a kitten or help find solutions to allow them to do what is best for the animal
