About Us
Madison Community Cats aka MAD Cats, established October 2018, is an all volunteer Cat Rescue, 501(c)3, non-profit serving Culpeper and Madison Counties. We provide no-cost Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) and domestic cat spay/neuter services to cat owners and colony cat caretakers. Our programs have significantly reduced the number of unwanted litters of kittens and the tragedy that results from overpopulation and the resulting burden on shelters and rescues.
