CULPEPER, Va. – The Culpeper Chamber of Commerce joined Lifepoint Church, community leaders, and congregation members on Friday to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Lifepoint Church's new Culpeper Campus at 15064 Success Drive.
