The Town of Culpeper Public Works Department has a contractor reviewing and 
inspecting sanitary sewer structures and mains on South West Street from Pine Street to 
Scanlon St. During this time, there will be intermittent lane and street closures. The work 
will take place today, January 14th, and tomorrow, January 15th, weather permitting. Work 
times will be from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

A safety workzone with a detour will be in place. Motorists are asked to pay attention to 
changing roadway conditions and drive slowly around utility work zones.
