East Piedmont Street Underground Utility Repair

The Town Public Works will begin storm sewer repairs on Monday, April 29th. Weather permitting, the work hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. throughout the week.

The storm sewer repair will involve removing sections of asphalt across E Piedmont St and removing and replacing new pipe. A safety work zone will impact both travel directions on E Piedmont St from East St to Old Brandy Rd.

Motorists should expect delays on this corridor and are encouraged to take alternate routes as available. Motorists and pedestrians are asked to pay attention to changing conditions within the work zone.
