Founded in Washington, D.C. in 2019 by visionary leaders Gigi Luu and Sal Rihani, Nhabit Real Estate is a mission-focused brokerage blending professionalism, innovation, and community care. Agents serve the DC, Maryland, and Virginia regions, with an increased emphasis on Culpeper in 2023. Nhabit has quickly earned a reputation as a trusted small business, recognized for its inclusive, people-first approach to real estate.

Nhabit is deeply committed to accessibility, representation, and empowering underrepresented communities. To better support Spanish-speaking clients, Nhabit welcomed me, Griselda Sanchez—a bilingual (Spanish & English) Realtor® based in Culpeper. Drawing from my background as the daughter of Mexican immigrants and a former engineer and project manager, I bring clarity, expert negotiation, and financial insight to help families confidently achieve the dream of homeownership.
