About Us

The Blue & Red Santa Project is a community-driven initiative to brighten the holidays for some of our area?s less fortunate children. Co-founded by the Culpeper Town Police & the Culpeper Volunteer Fire Department. The Blue & Red Santa project was created to give back to the community.
