Kathy Butler is the Executive Director of Girls on the Run Piedmont, a nonprofit serving girls across seven counties in the Piedmont region through evidence-based programs that build confidence, emotional resilience, and lifelong healthy habits.

With more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, Kathy has grown the organization from a small, volunteer-led effort into a multi-county council impacting hundreds of girls each year. Her work centers on early prevention, youth mental health, and building strong partnerships among schools, families, businesses, and community organizations.

Kathy believes confident girls grow into courageous leaders and that strong communities are built through collaboration and service.
