Join us as we celebrate the ribbon cutting for Parkside Apartment Complex, a new affordable housing development by Culpeper Housing & Shelter Services (CHASS). Located on the western edge of Yowell Meadow Park, this project will bring 37 new units, a community center, and office space to Culpeper.
